McSnake is a small native macOS game. It is designed to work offline and to keep your game preferences on your Mac.

McSnake does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.
The app does not require an account, connect to the internet, or use advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party data-collection services.
Keyboard input is processed locally while the app is running only to control gameplay. McSnake does not record, store, or transmit your keystrokes.
Information Stored Locally
McSnake stores a small amount of information locally on your Mac:
- your best score;
- your appearance preference;
- your sound preference;
- your equipped snake skin.
This information is used only to provide the app’s features. It is not sent to the developer or any third party.
Data Sharing
McSnake does not share data with third parties. The app contains no advertising networks, analytics services, tracking technologies, or third-party SDKs that collect user information.
Apple’s handling of App Store account, purchase, or download information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
Data Retention and Deletion
McSnake has no servers and does not retain personal information.
The locally stored game preferences remain on your Mac until you remove the app’s associated local data or uninstall the app. Since McSnake does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no server-side account or personal data to request deletion of.
Children’s Privacy
McSnake does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if McSnake’s features or data practices change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
